This role serves as the primary liaison between management and cleaning staff, acting as the main point of contact for both employees and customers on-site. The Lead Cleaner supervises and instructs cleaning personnel in adhering to company-and customer-specific cleaning standards and procedures. Additionally, they assist with training new staff members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities Ensure adherence to company and customer cleaning standards Provide on-site training and guidance to cleaning personnel Maintain open communication with management and customers Perform quality control checks and address any issues promptly Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies as needed Qualifications:Proven ability to train, assign work, and manage a team effectively Strong organizational and prioritization skills Extensive experience in professional cleaning, including window cleaning Commitment to workplace safety, including the ability to set and enforce safety standards Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene Demonstrated proficiency in equipment maintenance and operation Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and liability car insurance Excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for handling money and making change Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
