Mesa Hospital Emergency Room is part of Mountain Vista Medical Center.Position Summary:Under the direction of the Director of Imaging the Multi-Modality lead assists the Director of Imaging in providing overall direction ion the day-to-day activities including but not limited to monthly schedules, quality control, staff assessments and performance reviews. In the absence of the Imaging Director the Multi-Modality lead reports to the Imaging Coordinator. The Multi-Modality Lead performs a variety of imaging procedures, including CT procedures and/or other imaging modality, as well as being responsible for patient safety protocols. Must be ARRT/CRT certified in principal modality and an additional modality not limited to, but including ARRT/CTCT- Cat Scan, ARRT/Mammo or ARRT/Nuc Med. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in CQI activities..Requirements:Registered as an RT (R) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.ARRT certification in X-ray required.BLS1-2 years' experience in MRI, CT and X-ray.Staff will be required to float between MRI, CT, and X-Ray.Proficiency with most major MRI/CT/X-ray equipment, hardware and software (GE, Siemens, Philips).Preferred:ARRT certification in MRI/CT required or must be obtained within 1 year of employment as MRI/CT Tech.AZ CRT/CTCT certification granted by MRTBE.Benefits Offered:We have many plans with various deductibles, which can cover individuals or families, so you can customize a plan that will work for you Steward Health Care works with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts to provide affordable health insurance for our employees in benefit eligible positions.
