In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and managing a portfolio of initiatives that will accelerate functional maturity and deliver significant process efficiencies. Your efforts will lead to improved quality and enhanced experiences for employees and stakeholders across core procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor management, and procure-to-pay.
You will leverage leading project management, change management, communications, and learning and development strategies to inspire a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. Based on overall experience, this position can be filled at either the Senior Project Manager or Lead Portfolio Manager level, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Compensation Range:
$95,000.00 - $161,000.00 Pay Rate Type:

Business Alignment and Prioritization: Ensure alignment and prioritization of demand with resources and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and review project status, making necessary adjustments. Management Reporting: Establish, maintain, and provide management reporting using appropriate metrics that resonate with business partners, provide a clear picture of process health, and drive action. Effective Communication: Ensure effective communication with project sponsors, managers, and stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage key stakeholders to evaluate projects based on value, risk, effort, cost, and strategic alignment. Training and Support: Provide formal training and support to business partners executing work within Procurement processes. Governance Tools and Processes: Develop and maintain governance tools, templates, guidelines, procedures, and processes that are engaging, clear, and actionable for the intended audience. Leadership: Lead with influence and expertise, contributing to the division or department leadership team. Mission and Values Communication: Communicate and support the organization's mission, vision, values, policies, and practices. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service Extensive experience with project/program and portfolio management tools, methods and practices. Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with senior leaders Demonstrated experience with budget, metrics and other operational analyses.
