NA s client, a luxury retail organization is undergoing a significant transformation, upgrading warehouse systems across various locations nationwide. We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in this conversion process, with a primary focus on driving requirements delivery and facilitating the transition of our distribution centers (DC) and hub facilities to a more current warehouse management system (WMOS). The selected candidate will initially concentrate efforts on our newly established warehouse in Phoenix, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Manhattan WMOS (version 2020).

Subsequently, occasional travel to other locations, such as Olive Branch, MS (near Memphis, TN), and our corporate office in San Francisco, will be required, typically on a monthly basis, for about a week each time, as dictated by project needs. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of product strategy and roadmap for warehouse conversions, focusing on transitioning from legacy Manhattan WMS to WMOS. Support the conversion process for Regional DCs and HUBs, particularly those handling furniture and large package delivery within their respective markets. Assist in developing and adopting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations teams, as well as conducting data conversion activities and validations.

Collaborate closely with business partners, engineering teams, and program management to ensure the successful integration of WMOS into regional DC and HUB operations, delivering tangible business value. Tailor business engagement approaches to individual business teams and leaders, fostering credibility and trust. Gain an in-depth understanding of related WSI systems and processes, including Order Management Systems (OMS), transportation, logistics, and final mile delivery. 8+ years of Product Management Experience* Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira & Confluence, including the ability to author effective JIRA stories and prioritize requirementsWarehouse management

Required Skills : Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management within a retail/logistics-technology organization. Proven track record of managing projects related to supply chain systems, especially warehouse management systems or warehouse conversion projects. Preferably, familiarity with Manhattan WMOS; alternatively, experience with enterprise/large-scale warehouse management systems. Experience in environments with diverse product range with millions of SKUs, is highly desirable. Proficiency in data analytics, with advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, including the ability to author effective JIRA stories and prioritize requirements. Ability to lead requirement discussions, prioritize functional backlogs, and author comprehensive test cases aligned with end-user expectations. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with operations, technology delivery teams, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of new functionalities.
