What You'll Do
Lead Solution Analysts will be a part of the Financial Institutions Data Tribe, focusing on Retail banking segment, comprising content experts with strong industry knowledge, and executing and updating different proprietary assets such as peer benchmarks, databases, consumer insights and diagnostic tools. As an integral member of the team, you will interact with both local and international teams as well as clients to diagnose/solve clients' problems and ensure the delivery of quality projects. You will be working under supervision in further development and enhancement efforts of the existing assets, as well as the creation of new offerings. Additional tasks involve the development of internal methodology and processes that requires an inclination towards technology and new age tools, exploring the art of the possible while feeling at ease manipulating and working with large data sets, and ability to work with different big data and analytical tools.

University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in Business administration (with a focus on finance), quantitative sciences (e.g., mathematics, statistics, physics), economics, computer science, engineering or other data/analytical-centric disciplinesKnowledge/experience in the financial institution industry of 5 to 9 years is required in roles such as strategy, planning, advisory, product management or analyticsUS Retail Banking experience and managerial exposure requiredExperience running local stakeholder and case discussions and deployments independentlyProven research and database capabilitiesSpecific experience in market sizing or peer benchmarking, building simulation models of driver-based assessments, operating/developing diagnostic tools, etc., will be an added advantage Who You'll Work With

The first-year base compensation range for this role is $155,000.
