JOB DESCRIPTION
The International Logistics Leader will be a key stakeholder overseeing East Coast logistics, supporting our DC network in the US and the EU. The scope of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sea freight imports and exports, port drayage, intermodal rail, transload operations, and budgeting/financial planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all East Coast freight movement (sea freight imports and exports, port drayage, intermodal rail, and transload) Own cost, cycle time, service, and quality KPI's for all transportation service providers Serve as subject matter expert for internal cross-functional partners Utilize KPI's and shipment data to address exceptions and drive improved performance Drive innovation and challenge the status quo in all areas of supply chain Facilitate communication and partnerships between service providers and DCs Additional projects and initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Live and Breathe RH's Core Values and Beliefs Experience overseeing trucking and port drayage providers Familiar with seaport terminal operations and terminology Understand customs procedures for imports Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong data analytics skills, experience with GT Nexus preferred 5-8+ years experience in a high volume transportation environment Able to travel as needed About Us
