Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Organizational Development, Adult-Learning, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent functions that include OD, learning, and performance management. Understands and can execute basic management development concepts, models, tools and learning methodologies. Critical thinking to produce analysis, recommendations, and actions plans. Proficiency in project management and handling multiple projects. Excellent written, verbal and facilitation skills and demonstrated feedback and coaching skills. Understands the business and the business strategy and the linkage of talent management processes and tools to support strategic business objectives. Demonstrates personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self and others for results; delivers on results despite obstacles while aligning with key stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft applications, LMS/HCM systems, Relias, and Oracle. Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment.
