LCOR is currently searching for a Temporary Lease-up Admin position to join our team at 1515 Surf Avenue in Brooklyn (Coney Island), New York. Responsibilities include: Applicant Screening and Follow-Up; Data Input of Demographics, Rents, Lease Start Date, and other charges Communicating with Applicants once they have been approved and sending welcome letters/reservation agreements Manage New Resident Orientations Schedule Lease Signings and Move-ins Maintain lease files Working closely with Leasing Manager and Asst CM to get prospects approved Sending out accurate reports to ownership and leasing team Accurate information in the CRM, updating/completing daily prospect follow up Provides administrative support for on-site leasing team, greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments and daily reports. Maintaining office and model apartments in pristine condition. Provide additional support for other office administrators and leasing team as needed. Performs local marketing outreach and partnership building in local community Qualifications include:Customer Service background preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to perform duties independently and with a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently but essential for the candidate to be able to work in a team-based environment. Occasional re-organizing of models and leasing office may require lifting objects of up to 25 lbs. Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required. Previous real estate experience required; preference for lease-up experience. Russian Speaking Preferred
