Our residential community in San Ramon is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Leasing Professional that can offer exceptional customer service with at least 1 year of experience preferred. A strong background in sales, administrative, advertising and customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities include busy phones, data entry, supporting and adding value to the company's marketing efforts, generating a consistent of flow of qualified traffic, assisting in the development and maintenance of successful resident retention programs, and providing extraordinary customer service. Duties include demonstrating our community to prospective residents while maintaining a 30-35% closing ratio, following up with prospects, inspecting community and common areas for cleanliness and presentation, involvement with planning and coordinating resident functions, and maintaining constant contact with other communities in the market place, delivering updated market conditions to Community Manager.
Qualifications: Must be organized, able to multi-task, detail oriented and work in a high energy and fast pace professional working environment. Must also possess effective verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, the ability to find appropriate solutions to challenges and provide assistance to the Assistant and Community Manager, when necessary.
Normal work schedule includes Saturdays. Competitive hourly rate, leasing bonuses, housing discount available, excellent benefits.
