Location: Alameda, CA 94502 (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months - Contract

Job/Role Description: Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues related to business application like NetDocuments & Agiloft CLM (Contract lifecycle management) Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors Work with the software vendors, if needed, to troubleshoot and resolve users' issues Handle difficult patiently on urgently basis; Participate in testing whenever required Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Any other responsibilities as assigned to assist with ad-hoc duties Team player and able to follow the instructions provided Skills & Experience: Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system and Agiloft CLM (Contract lifecycle management) Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with around 2 years of experience Ability to handle difficult clients patiently and work well in a team environment Be proactive and take strategic decisions and suggest best practices Strong MS Office skills especially Excel, Word and Outlook Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and customer facing skills Best Regards, Asra Mohammad, Talent Acquisition Specialist, ****** | 703-459-9610
