MMG is hiring an experienced and detail oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The Legal Secretary job responsibilities include:

Open all new cases in the practice management system Type all answers with guidance from partners E-file court documents in New York, New Jersey, and Federal courts File all documents appropriately Manage changes to files in practice management system Provide general office support as needed Back up firm docket position Back up reception position
