Job Description We are in need of a highly motivated individual for a full-time, on-site position as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary at Adinolfi, Roberto, Burick & Molotsky, P.A. Our office is in Mount Laurel, NJ. The Paralegal/Legal Secretary will be a key player in supporting our attorneys and legal professionals. They will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing documentation and communication, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with client management and case coordination.
Qualifications - Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting, with a strong preference for family law experience.
- Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and case management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Manage online attorney profiles and reviews.
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
