Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team in providing support to patients and families with complex psychosocial needs. This role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, coordinating alternate care sites, discharge planning, addressing abuse/neglect, substance use disorders, end-of-life decisions, and providing bereavement support.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and coordinate alternate care sites Collaborate with healthcare team members and community agencies Provide consultation, resources, and support as needed Stay updated on federal and state regulations Conduct group therapy sessions for inpatients and provide discharge planning Qualifications and Requirements: Master's degree in social work Licensed Social Work (LMSW) in the state of Michigan, or expected within 5 years of employment Experience in crisis intervention, grief counseling, and discharge planning preferred Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
