We are hiring for our behavioral healthcare client in Mesa, AZ. Our client is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services.
**Job Summary**
As a Licensed Counselor, you will:
+ Work as part of the clinical team dedicated to behavioral health and substance use
+ Ensure each participant receives necessary services to achieve treatment goals
+ Collaborate with other treatment team members
+ Contribute to a growing team of professionals in a rapidly expanding organization

+ **Type:** Full-time, Permanent
+ **Setting:** Primarily outpatient/voluntary
+ **Schedule:** No weekends or on-call requirements
**Compensation & Benefits**
+ Starting salary: $60,000+ (negotiable based on experience and licensure)

**Requirements**
+ Master's Degree in a related field
+ 2+ years experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse
+ Associate or Independent License with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as:
+ Psychologist
+ Social Worker
+ Counselor
+ Marriage and Family Therapist
+ Substance Abuse Counselor
+ Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing)
+ Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
+ Finger Print Clearance Card
+ Willingness to run groups (facilities are very 'group heavy')
