We are located in SW Washington on the Long Beach Peninsula with the ocean as our backyard. Valid Washington State LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license or the ability to obtain a probationary license via reciprocity. Commitment to cultural competency and diversity. A passion for the recovery community. ~What we offer~ Salary range $65,000 to $100,000 plus, as negotiated Employer paid insurance including medical, dental, vision, prescription for you and your dependent children 12 paid mental health days 120 hours of paid vacation Up to 9 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays Up to 5 bereavement days Optional Aflac Flexible schedule (days and hours) ~Where will you live?~ No need to stress! Free by the Sea used to be a resort. There is a private room available for you for up to 6 months rent-free while you are making your transition. ~What about food?~ Free by the Sea provides our patients 3 meals each day and our staff receives one meal per shift.
