As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will provide nursing functions for individuals in group home, under supervision.




You will be joining a passionate community of professionals and staff who support each other in a diverse and rewarding work culture.




Responsibilities include:




Performing routine nursing care activities


Supporting quality care for our adult individuals


Assist with the preparation, implementation, and continuing evaluation of the nursing care plan.


In the absence of house supervisory personnel, assumes a leadership role, directing staff and ensuring the safety and well being of the consumers, and overseeing the operations of the house.

What We Require:




Associates Degree in Practical Nursing


Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certificate


At least 1 year experience working within a similar setting
