Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (0.9 FTE) to work in the Baldwin clinic. The LPNs are key members of the health care delivery team responsible for flow of patients through the clinic. Responsibilities also include obtaining and verifying information from the patients to maximize provider's efficiency. The LPNs assist providers to prepare for patient exams, treatments, and provide other support functions as directed. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.

$3000 Signing Bonus: $1500 on the first paycheck $1500 after 6 months of employment Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited LPN program CPR certification Preferred Qualifications: Wisconsin LPN license Prior experience with electronic medical records Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Critical thinking skills (foresight to pre planning of visits) Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic medical records Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards Work Schedule: 0.9 FTE - 72 hours per biweekly pay period ABOUT WESTERN WISCONSIN HEALTH
