Schedule: 40 hours per week; Regular business hours
Pay: $17/hr, paid weekly

Job Description: Responsible for processing routine producer/agent/broker/corporate applications, registrations, contracting, appointment renewals and cancellations, and/or maintenance requests, while adhering to state, federal, and internal compliance regulations.
Job Responsibilities: Reviews and processes routine applications, registrations, contracts, and/or appointments and maintenance requests consistent with approved standards and practices. Assists in implementing customary changes in insurance licensing requirements based on changes in laws, regulations, or company policies. Maintains database's and related background information and files for assigned states, operation, and/or distribution channel. Updates and distributes licensing/appointment requirements and procedures manuals. Assists internal and external customers on the licensing requirements and registration process, furnishing materials, and submitting forms and fees to state department of insurance and/or other regulatory agencies. Complies with routine licensing laws and regulations. Serves as liaison between licensing and internal and external customers in regard to license issues via phone calls and email. Provides related customer service to internal and external departments to ensure that all applications are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Qualifications: College degree preferred but not required. Industry related coursework preferred. Ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related business and licensing software. Oral and written communication skills for contact with agents, brokers and regulatory agencies.
