Tacocina is a taco stand from Union Square Hospitality Group, located in Williamsburg's new Domino Park. We serve tacos, margaritas, and more in a laid-back, lively setting overlooking the East River.
Who you are: The Line Cook is a warm, friendly, and highly motivated employee that delivers the highest level of hospitality and service to our guests. Line cooks are expected to work primarily in the back-of-house stations. This is a seasonal position beginning at the time of hire until Fall 2024, with the opportunity to transfer within the company based on performance.
What you'll do: Consistently provide an outstanding guest experience. Consistently provide an outstanding culinary experience. Maintain facilities in compliance with DOH standards. Support the back-of-house functions, including but not limited to prep, cooking, and support preparing dishes from the menu.
