We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team and help with catering events. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes according to our recipes and standards.

Duties: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out in a timely manner and meets quality standards Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Experience: Proven cooking experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a catering environment Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiarity with industry best practices Knowledge of food safety regulations Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and more!
