Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Line of Business Lead (LOB) for our Electronic Warfare line of products who has deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise. They will lead a LOB with a focus on execution to achieve outstanding financial results and earn the highest levels of trusted customer satisfaction. The EW LOB Lead will be responsible for Customer Relationships, Program and Project Planning, Execution and Deliverables, Subcontract Management and Risk Management.

The successful LOB leader will:
Annually develop, present, and get approval of their business plan to meet/exceed their LOB multi-year growth targets in time for next Fiscal Year Financial Operating Plan (FOP) process.
Plan to include:
IRAD and capital monies request with specific outcome/ROI
Time phased projected headcount by labor category.
Meet or exceed bookings, revenue, gross margin and program cash receipts targets and timeframe per FOP.
Mentor, lead, and hold Project Managers accountable to deliver greatest value to the company on time and with quality for each program/project (includes all aspects of program execution)
Roles and responsibilities include:
Lead, own, and deliver the Business Units Bookings, Revenue, Gross Profit (Direct Margin), Program Cash Receipts.
Lead and own LOB Strategic Plan and Road Map (with support from CTO and BD: Triad)
Lead and own the annual LOB Financial Operating Plan (financials including BandP, IRAD, and Capex)
Lead Program executionto stay on schedule and within budget.
Interface with customers and maintain a positive relationship.
Manage subcontractor execution in support of program execution.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the LOB and create opportunities.
Execute approved IRAD (approvals based on ROI).

Experience and Skills
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the equired employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Experience leading a PandL, preferably within a defense and/or RF electronics manufacturing business.
Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
Strong operational pedigree with experience in program and project managementacross functions and throughout the entire product cycle (from RandD through Production to Sustainment).
Technical foundation, preferably built within the RF domain.
Defense and Aerospace industry experience in Electronic Warfare with established relationships with DoD customers and key Defense OEMs.
Strong business acuity with solid knowledge of finance, supply chain, and material planning.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, time-management and collaboration skills.
Diligent and proactive results-driven personality.
Adaptable to change and open to new ideas.
Self-starter with a flexible and entrepreneurial style.
Education
BS Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or Business Management and minimum 10 years prior relevant Business experience.
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years of prior relevant Business experience.
