Minimum Requirements Willing to wait for license
BC required
Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
ACLS and BLS required
10 - 12 patients per day with 1 - 5 procedures per day
EVH with MAQUET, CABG, TAVR, AAA, AVR, MVR, vent management and chest tube removal
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
