Job Title: Logistics Associate (Bilingual English/Korean)

Weverse America Inc. is looking for an experienced Logistics Associate to be responsible for day-to-day activities in the B2B and B2C supply chain management.
This role will directly report to the Sr. Director of Global Logistics.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with service providers for B2B and B2C e-commerce.
Coordinate and manage the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of required documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.
Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule the shipment and monitor the shipment transaction.
Work closely with 3PL, suppliers, and outside vendors to streamline the logistics operations.
Update shipment translations and maintain inventory records to ensure data accuracy and report discrepancies.
Propose and work on initiatives to reduce the transportation cost & lead times.
Prepare and analyze the weekly and monthly KPI reports to monitor performance.
Audit the freight invoices for accuracy and compliance and resolve discrepancies with service providers as needed.
Communicate with the CS team regarding shipment-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Korean required.
3+ years in international and US domestic logistics operation, US warehouse operation, or supply chain management.
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tech savviness with an ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Salary Range Expectations:
$68k - $75k
The salary range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Weverse America, Inc. expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Only in exceptional circumstances where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would Weverse America, Inc. consider paying a salary near the higher end of the range.
