**The Contract Logistics Coordinator will work across all teams to receive shipments and facilitate outgoing shipment of packages in Columbus, Ohio. This will include all stages of the process from coordinating with ordering through delivery to placing items in final locations inside each department.**
**Pay:** $24-26/hr
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure package contents are correct and investigates problems and resolves discrepancies
+ Inspect shipments and record/report damage
+ Coordinate the delivery of all incoming items to their final location
+ Timely completion and filing of paperwork using Good Documentation Practices
+ Chemical and Reagent management including receipt, inventory, shipments and tracking
+ Package and schedule outgoing shipment with freight companies
+ Supports lab moving and re-organization
+ Creates and contributes to the editing of operational SOPs
+ Identifies ways to improve processes and efficiency
+ Establish and maintain safe and efficient work areas in adherence with all regulations
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
