Logistics Coordinator

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible of coordinating deliveries and accounting inventory. Our goal is to make our process as efficient as possible, maintaining good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and vendors, and keep our customers happy.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates transportation providers according to availability and requirement of each order to ensure prompt and proper delivery of products.
Reviews clients' orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
Plans and tracks the delivery of orders according to customer requirements.
Monitors orders and arranges inventory to ensure they meet needs.
Prepares and register invoices to the Accounting Department and/or directly to clients.
Execute bimonthly inventory checks.
Monitors virtual inventory balance for specific clients.
Prepares monthly sales reports by client.
Develops processes that make the delivery coordination more efficient and organized.
Responds to customer inquiries.
Qualifications and Salary:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
At least 1 year of billing and invoicing processes experience preferred.
Ability to communicate (verbal and in writing) in English and Spanish languages.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software, especially with Microsoft Excel.
Organized and strong attention to detail.
Resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
