Long Term Temp Air Import Agent (45398-5) Customer Service at office for Air Import cargo. The main customer is a semiconductor company. The agent will need to communicate with the customer, airline, truck carrier, warehouse team, and any other related personnel via Email, Phone, and MS TEAMS.
Basic computer skills (Outlook email, Excel) and strong communication skills are required. After registration by TSA, the temp agent will need to enter the warehouse to supervise unloading/loading and check the cargo condition.
