*Job Title:* Temp Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


*Location:* Hancock, MI/Wakefield, MI/West Branch, MI/Iron River, MI


*Duration:* 13 weeks


*Shift Type:* Afternoon Shift


*Hours per Day:* 8.0/12.0


*Shift Time: *Days/Nights


*Guaranteed Hours:* 40/36 hours/week








*Key Responsibilities:*


* Provide nursing care to a designated group of residents/patients during assigned shifts.


* Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement care plans in accordance with established standards.


* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary.


* Supervise nursing assistants and other support staff in the performance of resident care activities.




*Qualifications:*


* Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Michigan.


* Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
