We are seeking to hire a
Float LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse - Full
-Time Day or Night Shift Available
Registered Nurse - RN or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Long-Term Care.
Must be able to read, write, speak English language.
Registered Nurse - RN or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
Record resident's medical history accurately.
Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
Observe residents to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
Monitor resident's condition including fluid intake and output and compose resident charts.
Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, clean and dress wounds and other basic medical care tasks.
Communicate with resident's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.
