Job Description Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed and itemized take-offs for semi-custom and custom residential construction projects. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications. Positive attitude, customer minded/service skills, able to work well with others. Proficient in Buildertrend strongly preferred. Provide expertise in understanding the full scope of construction processes, from field operations to estimating. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in construction, with a significant portion in field roles before transitioning to estimating. Proven experience in conducting itemized take-offs for residential projects, especially in the semi-custom and custom home sector. In-depth understanding of the entire construction process, from the ground up to project completion. Familiarity with both semi-custom and custom building practices. Ability to be flexible and adaptable, making adjustments as project requirements evolve. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
