Job Title: Mac Support Technician Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Clearance Required: Public Trust Clearance Eligible Description : The Mac Support Technician will provide specialized technical support for Mac OS systems within PMEL. This role involves troubleshooting Mac-specific issues, supporting desktop and server environments, and assisting the help desk team. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Mac OS users, including desktop and laptop systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Mac systems. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Mac devices. Provide guidance and support to help desk technicians for Mac-related issues. Maintain technical documentation and update IT support knowledge base. Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications: Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field. 4+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Mac OS. Certifications: CompTIA A+ preferred. Proficient in Mac OS, iOS, and related hardware. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills: Experience in a mixed OS environment (Windows, Linux). Strong customer service and communication skills. About IBSS Corp.
