Maintenance Person

The Maintenance Person at Dorado Beach will handle preventive maintenance and documentation, manage the work order system, and perform a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. Responsibilities also include maintaining guest rooms, overseeing pool and spa upkeep, and ensuring adherence to safety and OSHA standards.
Education & Skills
Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or a related field, with technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
