About the Role The Company is seeking experienced Management Consultants to join their rapidly expanding global consultancy. The role involves providing unrivaled expertise and industry insight to offer top asset and wealth managers a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience at the Consultant level, 4 to 7 years at the Manager level, and over 7 years at the Senior Manager level. The focus is on candidates with a proven track record at a recognized consulting firm and experience with core technology platforms in the industry. While the North American team can be remote, some travel to the office locations in New York, Toronto, Boston, or Austin is expected.

Candidates should have an excellent understanding of the asset management and/or asset servicing industry, including key trends, and a personal viewpoint on emerging products and services. Strong consulting, problem-solving, and presentation skills are essential, as is a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. The role requires intellectual capacity, innovative thinking, and the ability to multitask on various projects. Flexibility to travel is also a necessary attribute. The company values individuals who can articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.
