Management & Sales Training Program

The Management & Sales Training Program at Sherwin-Williams is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare candidates for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. The program offers the opportunity for career progression into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8 week training.
The typical work schedule is 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
During the program, participants will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of the store. Candidates will gain the skills necessary for a successful career in management and professional sales, with opportunities for professional networking and leadership development.
Required qualifications include being at least eighteen (18) years of age, having a valid, unrestricted Driver's License, and at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the development program. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service positions, as well as leadership roles or team-oriented settings. Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities and the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language are also desirable.
