Job DescriptionAbout the role:Join Takeda as a Manager, Digital Marketing, where you will serve as an omnichannel expert within the Mood Disorder Franchise & Digital Strategy Team. You will collaborate with cross functional teams (including the Promotional Review Team, Insights & Analytics, Brand Strategy & Digital strategy subject matter experts) to create meaningful experiences for our customers, both tactically and creatively.
How you will contribute:Works closely with the Brand Strategy team & Digital Strategy team channel owners to ensure campaign messaging is being executed across the right digital channels.Responsible for owning the CX Maps, Digital Message Maps, Digital Asset Catalogue & Digital Agency Roadmaps by keeping them up to date and getting alignment from cross functional team members.Develops operational plan for campaigns execution, sets metrics and measurement plan.Collaborates with digital subject matter experts and Marketing intelligence to create omnichannel experiences for our customers.Works closely with Marketing Intelligence to continuously monitor campaigns performance within the digital marketing channels (Web, CRM, Paid Media & Field Marketing), evaluates, and works with Subject matter experts to optimize channel and content based on performance.Translates data into actionable insights to enhance customer experience.Leads campaigns/campaign elements through medical, legal, regulatory reviews.Assists with the Identification and management of agencies, holding them accountable to Takeda USBU policies, standards, timelines and budgets.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelors Degree.5+ years Digital marketing experience in healthcare, consumer packaged goods, financial services, or at a digital agency.Complete understanding of digital marketing with an analytics and test-and-learn mindset.Ability to think big picture but also manage execution of multiple tactics by engaging key stakeholders within Takeda and with agency representatives.Industry knowledge – understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and ability to quickly learn the disease state.Digital Marketing Strategy – understanding of the right channels/mix needed to help achieve the brand goals.Preferred: Experience in commercial pharmaceutical or with an innovative Healthcare-related organization.More about us:At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs. U.S. Base Salary Range: $108,500.00 - $170,500.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
