Altitude Trampoline Park Franklin, MA is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers! What You Need
-Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
-Willingness to be hands on and help with any and all duties in the park
-Passion for customer orientation and going the extra mile to make customers happy
-Strong customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Comfortable with technology. Ability to learn and use a point-of-sale system
-Availability to work a combination of weekdays, nights, and weekends. Weekend availability is required
-Ability to work 20-35 hours a week
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Prior management experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate
A Typical Day
-Provide courteous customer experience when responding to customer's questions, complaints, or requests
-Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
-Establish and maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas
-Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists
-Fill in as a cashier, court monitor, party host, etc. as needed
-Remain alert and use all senses while supervising employees and park guests
-Work as a team with other management team members
-Supervise employees to ensure positive experience for all customers and thorough and timely completion of all necessary tasks
-Use good judgement to solve problems as they arise
-Perform any other services or duties as required by management
