About the role
We're looking for a Manager, Measurement Solutions to join Funnel in Boston. In this role, you will help us build, develop, and manage Funnel's Measurement Solutions team for the US. This team will be responsible for a new addition to Funnel's product portfolio—Marketing Measurement. Positioned at the intersection of data and business, this role is crucial in establishing the Measurement function for the US market.

You are an empathetic and communicative professional with a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven solutions. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their measurement maturity sets you apart in client conversations. You have a solid grasp of data generation processes and have been involved in basic data modeling, with a keen understanding of statistical KPIs and the ability to select the best model for each client. You have hands-on experience in team management and recruiting, with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment.
Skills and experience 5-7 years experience in marketing analytics, at least 2 years working with advanced measurement solutionsKnowledge of modern methods for marketing measurement, such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and (quasi-) experimental methodsAt least one year of in-depth practical experience with either developing MMM or data-driven MTA modelsData Wrangling and Visualization skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau...)Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning or Data Science)Excellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent English (written and spoken)Who we are

This role is located in our Boston Office at 175 Federal Street. We value in-person collaboration in the office, and as such we work the majority of the time from our offices.
