Job Summary
Manages the rehabilitation department, including oversight for quality, patient satisfaction, regulatory and billing compliance, business development and all aspects of staff development and employee engagement. May have a specific focus such as Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapy.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $175,643 - $186,393 (Annual Rate).

Department Description
A new way to care for San Francisco. Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and associated outpatient clinics are now part of UCSF Health. Adding these hospitals give us the opportunity to offer primary and secondary care in more places and increases UCSF Health's ability to care for patients with complex medical needs. Combining community care with academic medicine makes convenient, comprehensive care easier to access for all our patients.
UCSF Health Saint Francis Memorial Hospitalis an accredited, not-for-profit community hospital that has been providing exceptional health care in San Francisco for more than 100 years. As San Francisco's only downtown hospital, Saint Francis is uniquely situated to care for international and domestic visitors, as well as the residents that make up San Francisco's diverse population.
Located atop Nob Hill, Saint Francis is home to the largest burn center in Northern California, theboth in Burn Center,theSaint Francis Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, and theCenter for Pain Management, to name a few.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience. Prefer one (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting. Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory body. Preferred Qualifications
