This role is pivotal in instilling and nurturing pride in the institution and ensuring that every student is engaged from the outset. The Managing Director will also be responsible for the oversight of four key units, including career and professional programming, volunteerism, student and recent graduate engagement, and special events.

Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective engagement and outreach programs. The role requires a visionary leader who can work in close collaboration with the Senior Executive Director and the outreach team to set and achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteer program management, training, and coaching, as well as a strong background in data analysis to enhance engagement, membership, and fundraising strategies. As the main point of contact for engagement technology, the Managing Director will also be responsible for staying abreast of new technologies that can improve alumni connections. A deep understanding of the values and mission of the company and a commitment to the principles of the Forever Fearless strategic plan are essential.
