Applicants must have an advanced degree in urban planning, architecture, or urban design, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing diverse projects in campus planning, urban design, and development. The role demands a leader with at least 10 years of demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, preferably within a higher education or large institutional setting. The Managing Director will also be responsible for team management, budgeting, and resource allocation, and should be adept at communicating complex planning concepts to a variety of audiences.
