The successful candidate will be a key figure in the organization, with overall P&L responsibility and operational accountability for the sales and delivery functions within the Strategy & Operations service line. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in digital transformation, including in-depth knowledge of digital technologies, ERP systems, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. The Managing Director will be responsible for defining and executing the vision and business plan for the service line, mentoring and managing team members, and ensuring the team is well-positioned in the market to capitalize on digital strategy and transformation opportunities.
As the head of the Digital Strategy and Operations team, the Managing Director will be at the forefront of client engagement, leading the team in addressing strategic issues related to digital and AI disruption and guiding the development of capabilities to sustain competitive advantage in a digital world. The role also involves building and maintaining key client relationships, participating in the pre-sales process, and driving the sales execution. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or MBA, be a proven thought leader in the digital transformation space, and have a strong track record of sales leadership, including experience in selling to C-level executives. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation. The role requires a strategic focus on growing and operating a business unit, and the ability to influence and lead a diverse team to achieve excellence.
