This role involves scaling the Strategy Advisory service line, with opportunities for leadership in M&A, Data, AI, and industry practices. The Managing Director will advise C-level executives and Boards, driving strategic and operational excellence. They will also help innovate and enhance business models and digital capabilities for clients globally.
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale the Strategy Advisory service line.
Advise senior leaders on strategic and operational improvements.
Evolve service delivery for new and existing clients.
Combine business and technology expertise to drive digital transformation.
Requirements:
8-10 years of leadership experience in strategy teams.
Prior experience as a Managing Director with proven growth in a professional services firm.
Deep expertise in P&C insurance, particularly in commercial and specialty lines.
Experience in business development with annual revenue targets of $8-10m.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Relationships with top-tier insurers and experience with insurance technology solutions.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the insurance industry who is ready to lead and grow a global advisory practice.
