The ideal Manufacturing Engineer will have a strong understanding of information flow and product flow within a manufacturing environment and at least 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role. In addition to having skills in problem solving, collaboration, and creativity, the ideal candidate must be able to identify process improvement opportunities with respect to operations and personnel. The ability to find ways to eliminate waste, improve work-flow, insure safety and improve production output in current and new production processes is crucial.
