Description Analyze and enhance current manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency. Meet performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Lead projects for new products and technologies, managing costs and vendor relationships. Gather and analyze factory data to identify areas for process improvement. Document and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and cycle times. Develop financial justifications for equipment and process changes. Address challenges related to people, processes, and equipment with strong problem-solving skills. Foster relationships with customers and vendors. Engage in fixture and tool design, along with some process engineering responsibilities. Profile Education: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role. Skills: Proficiency in manufacturing processes and related technical applications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
