Manufacturing Plant Manager

Responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring optimal production efficiency, maintaining safety standards, managing budgets, and overseeing the workforce. The Plant Manager will work closely with other departments to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement in the plant's operations. The facility includes engineering design services, precision sheet metal, machining, electronic assembly, and paint.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure that production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness.
Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing the use of resources to meet customer demands.
Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
