Marijuana Budtender

Job Overview
As a Marijuana Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients in a cannabis dispensary.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Clean work areas and bathrooms
- Take out trash
- Asist in count of inventory
- Work with patients files and organize files in office
- Help patient to submit New or Renovation of Patient licenses.
- Closing and Opening Store
- Good communication with security, work partners and supervisors
- Speak, wright and comprehend both language, Spanish and English
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to sell products effectively and provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with MJ Freeway or Bio Track
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions
- Previous experience in retail and Cannabis Industry would be advantageous
