A growing healthcare/homecare company is seeking a Russian-speaking marketer to work in the field, generating referrals from hospitals and the community.

Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and community organizations. Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and community leaders. Conducting outreach activities to promote homecare services within the Russian-speaking community. Organizing and attending community events to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Providing information and support to potential clients and their families. Collaborating with the internal team to align marketing efforts with company goals. Tracking and reporting on marketing activities and outcomes. Ideal Qualifications: Fluency in Russian and English. Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and community resources. Ability to travel within the community for outreach activities.

Salary: $65k/Year + Commission
