JLL's field marketing position provides strategic marketing services to our geographic-based businesses in primary US metropolitan areas. These positions work as a team and with regional and national leadership to plan and execute marketing strategies that position JLL competitively in the commercial real estate industry. The role requires the ability to contribute to strategy development, planning, and execution of high-performing marketing programs in close coordination with local business leaders, national business line marketers, and partners on our Research, Sales Enablement, and Operations teams. The local marketer will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to help business lines achieve revenue goals across many aspects of the commercial brokerage business. The role also supports local internal employee engagement in partnership with local and national leadership.
The local marketer must be a professional, organized self-starter, and have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-performing sales environment. The role requires creativity, the ability to work with sales stakeholders, excellent project management, and communication skills, and a firm grasp of technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with JLL's business line leaders and stakeholders to strategize marketing solutions across business priorities.Work with business segment teams and industries to plan and execute high-performing marketing programs that differentiate the business locally and support the growth of each local business line.Work with local leadership to plan and execute regional client engagement events and activities that promote JLL as a thought-leader in the industry; partner with the national events management team while adhering to established budgets and national procedures.In conjunction with JLL's national communications teams and local leadership, support the region's proactive public relations and social media programs through content creation, media relations, and external agency management, if appropriate.Provide design direction and collaborate with internal teams in the planning and execution of sales support and prospecting materials in both print and digital format, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, mailers, emails, ads, promotional items, as well as special-use websites and landing pages.Innovate and improve our marketing programs by researching and applying new ideas and industry best practices to our efforts.Collaborate with other local marketing teams as well as national partners to share best practices and advance shared means and methods.Establish strong, trust-based working relationships with all JLL local leaders and national influencers.Utilize Workfront, a workflow management system, to track and prioritize assignments for all JLL-managed property marketing efforts.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field.Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm; real estate industry experience is a strong plus.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Understanding of and commitment to superior client service and relationship building (internally and externally).Track record of sophisticated strategic marketing in the B2B services arena.High level of resourcefulness.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding workloads.Ability to identify, communicate, and solve problems quickly.Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel required.Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Strong digital skills with the ability to master new technologies.Estimated total compensation for this position: 105,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per year.
