**Material Handler**
San Francisco, CA / Quality & Operations Supply Chain / Temporary Miroculus is looking for a motivated, reliable **Material Handler** to join our Supply Chain team in a temporary, 6 month role. In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth receipt, logging, and distribution of packages. You will help maintain systems related to fulfillment and inventory. **Position Summary**
+ Material handling of Hardware including but not limited to: shipping, receiving, labeling, inspection, barcoding, spreadsheet tracking, RMA requests, disposing, and general fulfillment tasks.
+ Conduct inventory counts, mitigate inventory variance risk and maintain system accuracy.
+ Work with key stakeholders to understand special fulfillment needs and requirementsPartake in space planning for storage and incoming orders.
+ Work with Supply Chain team to receive parts, maintain records, and alert appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
+ Conduct general fulfillment tasks such as preparing goods for shipment and ensuring packaging and documentation requirements are met.
+ Ship parts as needed including RMA requests, location transfer requests, and others.
+ Order materials as needed/directed.
+ Ensure all inventory movement is captured systematically, keeping with documentation and record keeping procedures.
+ Assist with Inventory Management team to implement physical space buildout.
+ Provide general aid in material handling tasks.
+ Operate computer-based programs/spreadsheets.
+ Manage shared storage and workspaces for warehousing and inventory control.
+ Maintain a broad range of expertise in theory and industry best practices for equipment and supplies managed and ability to make recommendations.
+ Receive and manage incoming inventory, including: unboxing, visual inspection, quantity verification and record keeping.
+ Manage receipt of incoming RMA units, clean and disposition them ready for failure analysis and repair.
+ Help the manufacturing team with assembly or related operations as needed
**Qualifications**
+ Basic understanding of material flow from incoming receipts to inspection to end user.
+ At least 2 years off direct experience in shipping and receiving.
+ General computer competency: Microsoft suite, Google Workplaces, email & communications platforms. CRM/ERP systems a plus.
+ Data entry and transaction logging/recording.
+ Experience safely using material handling equipment for loading, unloading and moving goods in and out of the warehouse.
+ Be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs of weight when required.
+ Advanced knowledge of materials management policies, regulatory requirements, and safety regulations.
+ Knowledge of supply chain process and operational implications.
+ Skilled communicator; includes verbal and written, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising, and counseling skills.
+ Advanced interpersonal skills required to work collaboratively, coordinate and integrate with others throughout the organization.
+ Successful experience working with people with a wide range of backgrounds and skills.
