Our OpportunityNorth American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will load, unload, and transport materials in order to keep parts moving throughout the department and/or facility in compliance with company processes (i.e.: Kanban system).Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour Priorities Moves parts and/or finished goods to/and between process areas throughout the plant. Properly places Kanban cards on parts and/or finished goods leaving department. Supplies operators with empty roll-around racks, baskets, tubs, etc. Utilizes time efficiently in order to move parts between processes in a timely manner. Helps to insure strict adherence to all safety policies and practices. Assists in all cleaning operations within department.RequirementsYour BackgroundHigh School Diploma or GED, plus 1 - 3 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment.
