Thermal management / lubrication systems/ powertrain systems that transfer oil/gear boxes
They would touch the entirety of the drive train
They don't have to come from aerospace they can come from automotive
They don't need to have CATIA but strongly preferred (they have candidates that have seen success with SolidWorks)
Mechanical engineering analysis
Finite element analysis tools
Revisions is what they would start with
And then new product

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly
•Experience with lubrication systems (e.g., dry sump pump design, gear lubrication)

•Working knowledge of Excel for engineering analysis
•Experience with CATIA v5 for CAD, engineering drawings per Y14.5 - 2009
